Reporting guest misconduct
We take your personal safety and the security of your property very seriously. In the unlikely case that something goes wrong during a guest’s stay, you can instantly report the guest’s misconduct and block them from making future bookings with you.
If you have multiple properties listed on Booking.com and block a guest due to misconduct at one property, they’ll be blocked from booking at all of your properties.
You can report guest misconduct up to 7 days after the check-out date – our customer service team will take it from there.
