To encourage your guests to treat your property as if it were their own, you can set up your own house rules. Guests will have to read and agree to these rules before they can book your property.
House rules cover everything from pet policies to smoking, parties and ‘quiet hours’. To make setting and changing these rules as easy as possible, we’ve added a dedicated house rules section to the ‘Policies’ page of your extranet. You can even set house rules for multiple properties at once, instead of adding them manually.
You can also add and edit house rules directly through your channel manager or property management system. Get in touch with your Connectivity provider about using this feature for your properties.
Your host profile
Introducing yourself to potential guests shows them why staying at your property is a unique experience. It can help you attract more bookers and, most importantly, set the right expectations for their stay.
On the ‘Your profile’ page in your extranet, you can add a personalised message about yourself, your property, and the neighbourhood you live in.
